Abstract

В настоящей публикации через призму сравнительно-правового подхода анализируются нормы уголовного законодательства Казахстана и России об ответственности за торговлю людьми на предмет выявления резервов совершенствования. В статье сделан акцент на необходимости наряду и во взаимосвязи с вышеобозначенным аспектом принятия специального базового закона о противодействии торговле людьми, а также внесения изменений в соответствующее нормативное постановление Верховного Суда РК
