Abstract

В статье рассматривается механизм формирования и развития научно-образовательно-производственного комплекса в системе инновационно-ориентированного индустриального воспроизводственного процесса за счет соединения направляющего и регулирующего воздействия государства и частной инициативы в виде института государственно-частного партнерства с дополнением данного института институтом общественного контроля
