Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме конвергенции механизмов таможенного регулирования внешнеэкономической деятельности в рамках Таможенного союза России, Белоруссии и Казахстана в условиях перехода к Евразийскому экономическому союзу. Обосновывается необходимость скоординированных структурных и институциональных реформ в сфере правового регулирования, активизация применения информационных и коммуникационных технологий, изменения в структуре и полномочиях таможенных органов Российской Федерации, направленных на ускорение экономического роста и повышение эффективности таможенного контроля
