Abstract

В современных условиях организационно-хозяйственные формы корпоративных субъектов несут в себе противоречия экономического развития России, поэтому судить об их конечной эффективности достаточно сложно. Традиционные методы и критерии диагностики не достаточно адекватно характеризуют экономический потенциал крупного российского капитала и инициированных крупнокорпоративных структур. Автором предпринята попытка обосновать сущность корпоративное предпринимательство как особой формы организации предпринимательской деятельности, регламентируемая специальным законодательством, которое закрепляет отделение ответственности корпорации от ответственности ее совладельцев (акционеров), имеющая крупные размеры, межотраслевую, диверсификационную и интегрированную направленность предпринимательской деятельности
