Abstract

В статье анализируется роль и место финансово-экономического обеспечения в системе оборонной безопасности страны. Методологией служит теоретический анализ механизма финансового обеспечения Вооруженных сил в целом и войскового звена в частности. Авторы приходят к выводу, что на современном этапе развития Вооруженных сил РФ совершенствование их финансово-экономического обеспечения находится в тесной взаимосвязи с общегосударственной политикой и, в первую очередь, в бюджетной сфере. Логичным представляется создание упорядоченной системы целей, стратегий, мер, способов действий, направленных на обеспечение оборонной безопасности РФ и отражаемых в последовательной разработке и согласованной реализации системы взаимоувязанных планов и программ по их финансово-экономическому обеспечению
