Abstract

В статье дан анализ организационно-правовым особенностям функционирования некоммерческих организаций, исследована история развития некоммерческих организаций в России. Выражена авторская позиция в отношении современного состояния законодательства, которое практически уравнивает налоговый статус коммерческих и некоммерческих организаций. Автором сделан вывод о необходимости выработки четкого концептуального подхода к формированию системы правовой и налоговой идентификации некоммерческих организаций, который необходимо проводить одновременно с совершенствованием законодательства о коммерческих организациях
