Разработка Методологического Подхода К Оценке Экономического Эффекта От Формирования Производственной Базы Импортозамещающих Образцов Авиационного Оборудования

Abstract

Задача - Сформировать новый взгляд на использование зарубежных образцов систем и агрегатов в отечественном авиастроении и доказать что это зачастую не столь эффективные решения. Выводы − При анализе экономической эффективности использования зарубежных и отечественных систем и агрегатов оценка по стоимости летного часа не является корректной. Необходимо вводить повышающий коэффициент для зарубежных образцов для учета косвенных издержек. Практическое значение - финансирование расчетов повышающего коэффициента для зарубежных образцов с целью его дальнейшего введения. Приведет у улучшению экономической ситуации на Российском рынке авиационного агрегатостроения. Оригинальность/ценность - данной статьей могут воспользоваться представители предприятий отечественного авиационного агрегатостроения для дополнительной аргументации в использование своих изделий
