Роль Кластерных Структур В Социально-Экономическом Развитии Экономики

Abstract

В условиях глобализации и регионализации и динамично меняющейся внешней среды повышение конкурентоспособности отдельных территорий Российской Федерации требует разработки направлений стратегии развития на основе рационального использования природного и социально-экономического потенциала. В статье рассматривается такая форма организации и кооперации труда, обеспечивающая накопление и эффективное использование ресурсов на территории как кластер. Сформулирован вывод, что современные кластеры представляют собой межотраслевые образования с институциональной формой, позволяющей связывать разнородные материальные и интеллектуальные ресурсы наиболее эффективным образом, чем обеспечивают устойчивое социально-экономическое развитие территории в динамичной рыночной среде.
