Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема, связанная с необходимостью развития уголовно-процессуального законодательства в сфере реализации полномочий прокурора за исполнением закона при приеме, регистрации и проверке сообщений о преступлениях. В данной статье приведены статистические данные, которые показывают большой объем нарушений законов со стороны органов предварительного расследования при проверке заявлений и сообщений о преступлениях
