Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается концепт нелинейной динамики и неопределенности в социально-политических процессах современного общества. В ХХ веке подход к пониманию развития системы принципиально изменился: были совершены научные открытия, поставившие под сомнение универсальность парадигмы определенности и линейности как методологического подхода. На смену пришла парадигма нелинейности и неопределенности. Таким образом, нелинейная диалектика и неопределенность стали своего рода методом планетарной философии, объясняющей глобальные вызовы, с которыми сталкивается современная международная система: проблемы устойчивого развития, коэволюции, геополитики, информационной безопасности и деформации культурных паттернов
