Abstract

Целью исследования является изучение механизмов государственного регулирования инновационного развития, применяемых в государствах-участниках СНГ. В статье также проводится анализ механизмов государственного регулирования инновационного развития, применяемых и потенциально применимых в государствах-участниках СНГ, таких как налоговые льготы, государственные субсидии, льготное кредитование, выделение зон с особым экономическим режимом. Важное место уделяется, в числе механизмов государственного регулирования инновационного развития, территориальному размещению наукоемких производств. Рассматривается зональный механизм регулирования инновационного развития, применяемый в РФ. Особые экономические зоны могут располагаться на приграничных территориях нескольких государств-участников СНГ. Изучается возможность реализации различных экономических механизмов, создание особого налогового режима на территории экономической зоны, развитию и застройке территорий, а также участие в конкурсах по созданию особых экономических зон, проводимых федеральными органами власти.
