О Некоторых Аспектах Государственного Управления В Сфере Интеллектуальной Собственности

Abstract

Задача - анализ отдельных аспектов выработки государственной политики в сфере интеллектуальной собственности, способствующей расширению полномочий Роспатента. Методологическую основу исследования составляют социологический метод, в частности наблюдение и анализ, диалектический метод, позволивший всесторонне рассмотреть государственное управление в сфере интеллектуальной собственности. Выводы - дальнейшая консолидация Роспатентом полномочий по правовой защите интересов государства в области интеллектуальной собственности, функций контроля и надзора за исполнением действующих нормативных актов в рассматриваемой сфере; обязанностей по предоставлению государственных услуг в сфере авторских прав и селекционных достижений позволит данному масштабному ведомству занять ведущее место в разработке государственной инновационной стратегии. Ценность статьи заключается в том, что она предназначена для аспирантов, докторантов и всех кто интересуется вопросами государственного управления и интеллектуальной собственностью.
