Abstract

В статье предлагаются пути решения правоприменительных проблем, связанных с возникновением прав инвестора и органа внутренних дел, в результате строительства объекта недвижимости на земельном участке, предоставленном на праве постоянного (бессрочного) пользования органу внутренних дел. Положения статьи могут использоваться для дальнейших теоретических исследований в сфере правового регулирования инвестирования внебюджетных средств в объекты недвижимого имущества, закрепленные за государственными учреждениями, подведомственным федеральным органам исполнительной власти, правоприменительной деятельности органов внутренних дел в области капитального строительства.
