Отражение И Реализация В Российской Концепции Международной Безопасности Принципов И Норм Международного Права В Части Ядерной Безопасности

Abstract

Важнейшей проблемой современности является проблема войны и мира, прежде всего, предотвращения ядерной войны. Международное ядерное право является относительно новой отраслью современного международного права. По существу, нормы международного ядерного права являются достаточно сложными, затрагивают сферу регулирования международных отношений морского и космического права, права международной безопасности, окружающей среды и других областей международного права. Среди мер по обеспечению безопасности при использовании атомной энергии на одно из первых мест в настоящее время выдвинута проблема возмещения ядерного вреда и принятия законодательных актов, регламентирующих режим гражданской ответственности при использовании атомной энергии. Нормы об ответственности за ядерный вред целесообразно включить и в российскую концепцию международной безопасности.
