К Вопросу О Научной Обоснованности Расширения Сферы Использования Полиграфа («Детектора Лжи») В Уголовном Судопроизводстве

Abstract

В статье системно проанализированы, как фактически сложившаяся к настоящему времени в Российской Федерации ситуация с использованием в негосударственном и государственном секторах, прежде всего, в уголовном судопроизводстве полиграфа, так и проблемные технические, методологические, этические, юридические, организационные аспекты такого использования. Среди сформулированных автором ключевых выводов − тезис о том, что расширение области применения «детектора лжи», равно как и широкую апробацию «криминалистической полиграфологии» в уголовном судопроизводстве сложно признать в надлежащей степени научно обоснованной идеей.
