Финансовый Контроль Как Предмет Регулирования Финансового Законодательства

Abstract

Контроль в сфере финансовых правоотношений является одной из важнейших функций современного государства. Однако специфика российского законодательства вообще, его структуры, нормотворчества и юридической техники не позволяет выделить отдельного кодифицированного акта, которым осуществляется регулирование финансового контроля. Более того, отсутствует легальное определение финансового контроля, причем как на уровне федерального законодательства, так и на уровне законов субъектов федерации и подзаконных актов. Данная статья посвящена анализу проблемных аспектов законодательства о финансовом контроле, а также выработке предложений по их оптимизации.
