Особенности Молодежного Рынка Труда В Приднестровской Молдавской Республике

Abstract

На основе анализа молодежного рынка труда в статье выявляются проблемы воспроизводства трудового потенциала региона. Предлагаются пути их решения на основе согласованного вовлечения в этот процесс всех субъектов рынка труда и образовательных услуг выпускников организаций профессионального образования, работодателей, самой системы профессионального образования и государства на основе социального партнерства. В процессе профессиональной подготовки молодежи необходимо формировать умения и навыки для успешного включения в профессиональную деятельность. Роль работодателей заключается в построении инфраструктуры взаимодействия с системой профессионального образования. Государству необходимо законодательно регулировать молодежный рынок труда. Молодежи необходимо наращивать конкурентоспособные качества, быть гибкими и изобретательными, уметь отстаивать свои интересы, в том числе и перед лицом государственной власти.
