Abstract

Данная статья посвящена важной проблеме борьбе с торговлей людьми. Борьба с торговлей людьми имеет большую историю и на разных этапах развития государств она проявлялась по-разному. Автор данной статьи делит борьбу с торговлей людьми на 3 этапа, в каждом из которых дается характеристика мер борьбы с торговлей людьми, анализируются значения принятых международных документов в борьбе с этой проблемой в России в современных условиях.
