Некоторые Правовые Проблемы Совершенствования Договора Поставки

Abstract

С отменой планово-распределительной системы и установлением свободы договорных отношений договор поставки стал основной правовой формой взаимоотношений промышленности и торговли. Однако правовое регулирование договора поставки не в полной мере соответствует требованиям сегодняшнего дня не обеспечивает качества поступающих товаров в розничную сеть, не стимулирует стороны к сотрудничеству для удовлетворения запросов покупателей. Автором даются конкретные предложения по совершенствованию договорных отношений по поставке товаров.
