Abstract

В статье анализируются конституционные и иные нормативные правовые акты, касающиеся полномочий правительств государств Центральной и Восточной Европы, связанных с обеспечением прав и свобод граждан, с учетом общих и особенных черт названной группы государств. Выявлены основные направления деятельности правительств государств Центральной и Восточной Европы и сделан вывод о ее правообеспечительном характере. Данная статья выполнена при поддержке ФЦП «Научные и научно-педагогические кадры инновационной России» на 2009-2013 годы (государственный контракт №16.740.11.0106 от 02.09.2010 г.)
