Abstract

статья посвящена исследованию спора между юридическим неокантианством и марксизмом по вопросу о конечных основаниях права. Автор обосновывает тезис о том, что эта контроверза находится в эпицентре самой существенной дискуссии теоретической юриспруденции и устанавливает водораздел между современной мейнстримной и критической теорией права.
