Abstract

В статье дается авторская оценка ситуации в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Особое внимание уделяется анализу отраслевых особенностей функционирования предприятий ЖКХ. Автор статьи обращает внимание на то, что, несмотря на продолжительное время с момента начала реформы в сфере ЖКХ многие проблемы далеки от их разрешения. Необходимо развитие конкуренции среди управляющих компаний. Только реально действующие частные компании, конкурируя между собой, смогут найти оптимальный баланс между интересами бизнеса в получении прибыли и потребностями населения в обеспеченности качественными коммунальными услугами.
