Abstract

Автор дает представление о современном состоянии внешнеэкономического комплекса регионов (ВЭКР) России; определяются ресурсы, мобилизуемые для модернизации ВЭКР; обозначаются основные проблемы, возникающие на пути модернизации ВЭКР. Предлагается ряд перспективных направлений повышения эффективности и ускорения темпов модернизации, которые позволят преодолеть названные проблемы, в частности на основе проведения рациональной государственной политики.
