Abstract

Данная статья посвящена исследованию ценностного подхода к обеспечению конкурентных преимуществ компании на рынке, использованию цепочки создания ценности как инструмента оценки её рыночных возможностей. Автор выделяет на основе цепочки создания ценности логическую последовательность анализа перехода фирмы к лидерству по затратам и оценки возможностей дифференциации.
