Abstract

Проведенный анализ позволил выявить криминологическую закономерность: чем выше образование и социальный статус расхитителей, тем изощреннее хищения. Обладая незначительным удельным весом в официальной уголовной статистике, они наиболее опасны. Статья содержит социально-демографическое исследование, исследование социально-ролевого проявления и нравственно-психологические особенности личности преступника.
