Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению понятия и структуры уголовно-правовой нормы с позиций присутствия в ней признака бланкетности. В ней изложены позиции ученых, занимавшихся исследованием как вопросов уголовного права, так и общей теории права, изложено собственное мнение автора.
