Abstract

Статья посвящена формам и процедурам работы контрольного органа местного самоуправления нового органа в системе муниципальной власти, введенном в правовую действительность России в 2003 году. Актуальность обусловлена становлением контрольного органа местного самоуправления в системе муниципальной власти и необходимости проработки форм его работы, процедур.
