Налоговая Ответственность За Непредставление Налоговой Декларации

Abstract

В статье содержится рассуждение о таком противоправном деянии как непредставление (несвоевременное представление) налоговой декларации и об установлении ответственности за нарушение данной нормы по Налоговому кодексу РФ (статья 119 НК РФ). Также имеется анализ ранее действующих правовых актов, в которых содержались нормы об ответственности за непредставление налоговой декларации, какие недостатки и неточности существуют в действующем законодательстве по этому вопросу. В статье рассматривается позиция налоговых органов относительно непредставления налоговых документов, необходимых для исчисления и уплаты налогов и размера штрафа за данное нарушение. В статье приведены примеры возможных ошибок при заполнении налоговых деклараций и причин несвоевременного представления деклараций.
