Понятие Игр И Пари В Российском Гражданском Праве

Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы гражданско-правового регулирования отношений возникающих при организации и проведении игр и пари. Раскрывается содержание исследуемых понятий, выделены общие и различные признаки характерные для игр и пари. В качестве основного критерия для разделения понятий «игра» и «пари» предлагается использовать характер действий участников после заключения между ними или между ними и организатором соглашения о проведении игр и пари. Содержатся теоретические выводы и предложения по совершенствованию гражданского законодательства об играх и пари.
