Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается развитие корпоративного управления на базе совершенствования акционерного соглашения как одной из разновидностей институциональных соглашении, цели с которыми оно заключается; чем регламентируется, кто является его участником; каково соотношение формальных и неформальных аспектов в акционерном соглашении и от каких факторов это зависит; а также место и статус акционерного соглашения в институциональной архитектуре компании.
