Abstract

Статья содержит анализ причин недостаточного использования современных инструментов для финансовой поддержки более высокого профессионального образования в России. Показано, что максимальный ответ от тех инструментов может быть получен только, когда они используются в комплексе и под всеми необходимыми условиями.
