Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной и практически значимой теме, что вызвано необходимостью решения государственных задач, связанных с раскрытием и предупреждением мошенничества. Актуальность статьи вызвана ростом выявленных мошенничеств, совершенных организованной группой в соотношении с общим количеством преступлений зарегистрированных, а также количестве производства расследования мошенничеств, совершенных организованной группой и расследованных следственными подразделениями УВД ряда областей Поволжья за последние четыре года. Цель статьи исследование наиболее важных положений криминалистической характеристики мошенничества, одним из которых является способ совершения мошенничества организованной группой, под которым следует понимать совокупность действий по подготовке и совершению преступлений.
