Проблема Поиска Партнеров И Инициации Связей Между Ними В Виртуальных Организациях

Abstract

Актуальность статьи обусловлена поступательным развитием информационной экономики и активным функционированием в ней виртуальных организаций. В статье предложены этапы решения проблемы поиска партнеров виртуальной сети и инициации связей между ними, а именно: идентификация предприятия виртуального типа, формализация компетенций предприятий-партнеров бизнес-сети, создание ролевой структуры и дифференциация статусов виртуальных участников. Для каждого из этапов определены инструменты, позволяющие повысить эффективность механизма деятельности виртуальной организации. В рамках предприятия виртуального типа выделены роли и функции, выполняемые его участниками органом-координатором, экспертом и партнером. Определена система статусов виртуальной организации, позволяющая сформировать представление о характеристиках членов виртуальной сети.
