Abstract

Данная статья посвящена принципам системного подхода к оптимизации затрат для предприятий цветной металлургии. Автор предлагает на основе иерархической системы оптимизации затрат сформулировать определенные цели развития компании, что позволяет создать модели стратегического анализа ситуации на любом уровне управления предприятием. В статье приводятся общая модель оптимизации затрат компании и конкретные примеры ее воплощения.
