Abstract

Структурная перестройка отечественной энергетики вызвала ряд негативных последствий: нарушился баланс государственных и частных экономических интересов, резко возросли тарифы на энергию. Преодоление этих проблем требует выработки новых подходов к управлению и совершенствование концепции развития отрасли. В статье раскрываются некоторые аспекты дальнейшего развития электроэнергетики в условиях глобализации экономики.
