Abstract

В статье рассматривается феномен корпоративной культуры с точки зрения ее формирования высшим менеджментом или субъектами управления организацией. Для достижения этой цели каждый руководитель компании должен учитывать как экономические, так и психологические и мотивационные факторы развития корпоративизма. Автором представлены различные подходы к определению сущности и механизмов формирования корпоративной культуры.
