Исследование Форм И Условий Развития Государственно-Частного Партнерства В Отечественной Практике

Abstract

Данное исследование направлено на выявление специфики и преимуществ, сложившихся в мировой практике форм государственно-частного партнерства. Дана оценка экономического развития и нормативно-правового регулирования государственно-частного партнерства. Особое внимание уделено теоретическому и практическому определению институциональных связей фирмы и государства. На основе оценки экономической политики развитых государств и приоритетов отечественной политики в условиях посткризисного развития, приведены доказательства необходимости институционального оформления государственно-частного партнерства в первую очередь на региональном уровне. Авторами проанализированы риски, сдерживающие инвестиции предпринимателей в объекты инфраструктуры.
