Концептуальные Основы Налогового Консультирования

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты формирования системы налогового консультирования, предложены концептуальные положения налогового консультирования как принципиальные основы, определяющие стратегию действий при его проведении. В соответствии с данной концепцией определены цели, задачи, принципы и постулаты рынка оказания консультационных услуг в области налогообложения. Определено, что налоговое консультирование должно быть организовано на принципе равенства всех хозяйствующих субъектов перед законом и направлено на достижение гармонизации экономических интересов государства в части формирования бюджетных доходов и интересов налогоплательщиков для повышения эффективности их деятельности.
