Управление Конкурентоспособностью Предприятия На Основе Вовлечения В Хозяйственный Оборот Инновационноемких Оис

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются определяющие шаги по реализации государственной стратегии поддержки инновационного развития производственных предприятий. Конкурентоспособность продукции создается посредством высоких показателей насыщения продукта инновационноемкими ОИС. При этом наиболее инновационно-восприимчивыми являются средние и мелкие предприятия. В соответствии со Стратегией перспективного развития РФ «Инновационная Россия – 2020» доля государственных средств, распределяемых на конкурсной основе, для стимулирования конкурентного развития предприятий будет увеличена. Для реализации стратегии перспективного развития РФ необходимо сформировать управленческие механизмы; освоить новые технологии, сформировать базу организационных инноваций в соответствующей сфере.
