Abstract

В настоящей статье на основе анализа положений Конституции РФ и современного конституционного статуса личности автор выявляет содержание принципа всеобщности прав человека, рассматривает его конституционное воплощение, изучает законодательный потенциал. Выделяются признаки прав человека, характеризующие их с позиции принципа всеобщности.
