Эволюция Моделей Организации Функциональной Среды Высшего Профессионального Образования: Мировой Опыт

Abstract

Исследованы основные направления развития рынка услуг высшего образования как одного из основных ресурсообразующих сегментов экономики государства в масштабе общемировых тенденций. Показано, что система высшего образования стран мира является государственным социальным капиталом, формирующим национальные элиты, которые вырабатывают стратегии управления всех уровней на основе преемственности поколений. Изучены основные положения и результативность реализации ряда общеевропейских документов по развитию адаптивной системы общеевропейского высшего образования (Великая Хартия Университетов, Лиссабонская Конвенция. Сорбонская и Болонская Декларации) в странах Европы.
