Abstract

Данная статья ставит своей целью определить, как влияют особенности фирмы и характеристики инноваций в стране базирования на решение о размещении инновационной деятельности за границей. В статье определены мотивы, побуждающие к ведению инновационной деятельности на международном уровне, а также рассмотрено влияние конкуренции при интернационализации НИОКР и возможные препятствия для введения инновационной деятельности в стране базирования.
