Abstract

В статье выделено содержание категории финансовое участие, его конкретные способы и методы. Рассматриваются такие способы финансового участия как участие работников в распределении прибыли предприятия; в собственности путем приобретения акций предприятия. Излагается опыт зарубежных стран (Германии, Великобритании, Швеции, Нидерландов, Франции, США), который представляет интерес для отечественной экономики.
