Abstract

Представленная статья посвящена способам защиты прав лиц, участвующих в деле о банкротстве на возмещение убытков, причиненных неисполнением или ненадлежащим исполнением арбитражным управляющим возложенных на него обязанностей в деле о банкротстве. Анализируются новые положения Закона о несостоятельности, посвященные договору страхования ответственности и компенсационному фонду.
