Соглашение О Единых Принципах И Правилах Конкуренции В Таможенном Союзе: Сложность Понимания Некоторых Терминов И Принципов

Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты анализа некоторых концептуальных подходов, заложенных в Соглашении стран таможенного союза о единых принципах и правилах конкуренции, и возможных сложностей их применения в российской управленческой и экономической практике. На основе выполненного исследования автором выявлена тенденция к усложнению нормативно-правовой базы регулирования конкуренции на уровне методологических подходов. Предложены варианты трансформации формулировок принципов конкуренции.
