Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальным вопросам, связанным с правом владения, пользования и распоряжения жилым помещением. Прокомментированы нормы гражданского законодательства, регулирующие отношения между собственником и членами его семьи, возникающие по поводу пользования и содержания жилого помещения.
