Abstract

Проблема принятия решения давно исследуется учеными в различных областях научного знания, однако до настоящего времени не выработан единый механизм принятия решения. В данной статье рассматривается механизм принятия следователем решения о производстве следственного действия, а также человеческий фактор как элемент данного механизма.
