Abstract

Статья посвящена не исследованному в российской юридической науке вопросу использования знаний об антикоррупционной экспертизе в расследовании уголовных дел. Применены научные методы: диалектический, анализа и синтеза. Сделан вывод о возможности и показаны конкретные направления использования нормативных положений об антикоррупционной экспертизе в следственной деятельности.
