Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам ответственности контрольного органа и его членов. Актуальность обусловлена тем, что формирование контрольного органа местного самоуправления нового органа в системе муниципальной власти, введенном в правовую действительность России в 2003 году, федеральным законодателем императивно не определена. Однако от него зависит формы ответственности контрольного органа и его членов. Автором предпринята попытка проанализировать возможные варианты муниципально-правовой ответственности контрольного органа и его должностных лиц.
