Унификация Оформления Договорных Отношений При Перевозке Ядерных Материалов Морским Транспортом

Abstract

В настоящей статье исследованы вопросы унификации оформления договорных отношений при перевозке ядерных материалов морским транспортом. Для упрощения процесса унификации международных и национальных норм, регламентирующих морские перевозки и устанавливающих требования физической защиты радиоактивных материалов, предложено внедрение специальной проформы на основе проформы тайм-чартера «Стандартный рейсовый чартер для морской перевозки радиоактивных материалов».
